1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Monthly Plans
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of starting your first monthly subscription.
1.2 Quarterly Plans
You can request a refund within the first 30 days of your first quarterly subscription. We do not offer refunds for later quarters.
1.3 Annual Plans
You may request a refund within the first 30 days of your first annual subscription. No refunds are available for later months or quarters.
2. How to Get a Refund
2.1 Contact Support
Email us at [email protected] within the 30-day period to ask for a refund.
2.2 Payment Method
Refunds are usually sent back using the same method you used to pay.
3. What’s Not Refundable
We do not offer refunds for:
- One-time service charges
- Products or services that were already delivered (fully or partially)
- Anything requested outside the refund time window
4. Refund Processing Time
We process approved refunds within 3 business days.
